Everything at this home was as described. Very nicely equipped kitchen, clean & modern. Coffee & snacks available as well as salt, pepper, spices, variety of oils and more.Very clean & comfortable - We enjoyed time on the porch and there was a picnic table & grill that we didn’t use but were available.Plenty of shops, grocery stores & restaurants moments away. Host was available & responsive…..All in all an A home away from home.

The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. I was there with my elderly parents, and they were very happy downstairs. My husband and I took over the upstairs. The house is lovely and well accommodated.

This is a beautiful house. Although there are businesses across the street and some truck traffic, the house was peaceful and nicely shaded. There is a deep stock pot with strainer; 2 skillets - one deep and one perfect for eggs for 3; and one small pan. The house is well stocked with little things: quick snacks, charcoal, and lots of coffee choices. We would have appreciated a few more plates. Dustin responded to messages quickly and was generous in sharing produce from his garden. We would definitely stay again.

Terrific long weekend!
We’re in the area for a wedding and had the pleasure to stay in this wonderful cottage. The layout is terrific for 2 couples and the location is great with convenient access to local attractions. Kitchen is well stocked and Internet works great - it was easy to get settled and feel comfortable right away.The home is perfectly maintained and had some nice extras as well (even some snacks). So thankful to Dustin for making this adorable cottage available for us to enjoy our stay in Amelia. Hope we can return soon!

Beautifully furnished, clean home with all the most popular and convenient amenities on a quiet side street. Privacy shades, TV's in the bedrooms, very comfortable beds/sheets, 4 ways to make coffee, grill, kitchen stocked with everything you will need to cook, grill, bake or roast. Everything is new, and of desirable quality. The home is full of beautiful marble and quartzite tops. There is no closets in the bedrooms but there is a place to hang clothes in the upstairs office if you need.
