Baymont by Wyndham Pine Grove

I booked my room via Travelocity, it was not as advertised. It showed a kitchenette and separate bedroom, AS WELL AS advertised a separate bedroom in the description. I was told I had to pay $113 more to receive this. I was stuck in this small town in a room that my children would not sleep in bed with me. I have spoken with Travelocity and the manager and nobody is willing to resolve this or give me a partial refund.

It's an older motel that has been upgraded with all very nice modern furniture. The bed was as comfortable as my own at home. The manager was very personable and although breakfast was from 7-10 he said i could come early as i wanted together on the road as i had a long way to go. Breakfast was a very nice variety and the coffee was strong and flavorful . There was a local diner less than a quarter mile that had everything you wanted in a diner along with quite a collection of the rural personage. Would definitely recommend and will stay there on my next trip south.

Recently stayed at the Baymont Inn and suites May 11th and 12th. Found the staff to be friendly and very courteous. Much to my surprise, I I was blessed with an upgrade from a standard king to a deluxe room. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom area was recently updated. The main lobby and breakfast area was recently updated, clean and well lit. Breakfast area was clean, well-maintained and filling. The pricing was very reasonable and budget friendly. I pass through Pinegrove 3 to4 times a year and plan to at the Baymont each time, I’m in the area.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room we had was small, but it had everything we needed. The queen beds were clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and had good quality toiletries available. We had to ask for another towel, because we had 3 in our group but we find that most hotels only supply 2. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices, and was tasty. My only issue with the staff, if you would call it that, was I had a hard time understanding them. However, they were super friendly and very accommodating!

The property was nothing like it appeared online. You need to vet your locations better. I will continue using trip advisor.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast more than adequate for the price of room. This was our second stay & will come back.

Room was immaculate! Bed was very comfortable with lovely linens! Very quiet!! Great breakfast! We’ve stayed here before and they never disappoint.
