Super 8 by Wyndham Heath/Newark

When I tried to check out no one was attending lobby. The room was very dirty and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Was very disappointed. The blanket on the bed did not feel clean. It had a hard crusty feel to it. The tv controller had no back and was taped. It needs upgraded real bad

It was ok... not the best but it was def cheap . Worked in a pinch.

The building is old and needs updating. Some outlets didn’t work. The beds were clean but bathroom wasn’t squeaky clean. Towels needs upgrading as they were threadbare. We had 3 rooms and traveling with teenagers. We felt safe and it was ok for one night.

The room was dirty. It had cigarette burns on the sheets. There was hair in the bathroom. The walls had paint spots, the metal was rusting.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathroom floor was gross, they replaced their towl racks that must have broken with thumb tacks. The "breakfast " was cold cereal and muffins. The staff could never be found. Just a gross, gross place.

Carpet so dirty, it'll look like you walked outside with your socks. Bedding cig holes and stained. Towels stained. Bring your own blankets and towels if you do decide to stay here. BOTH chain and normal lock broken. Had to go buy a door jam just to feel safe in my room. Housekeeping didn't announce themselves a single time the 4 days I was there and my door jam was the only thing keeping them from walking in unannounced. Peep hole even had paper stuffed in it. If your a solo female like I was, it's worth the extra money to feel safe and clean!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in the overall experience with this stay. The service was horrible, rooms were dirty, breakfast consisted of cereal and mini muffins. Just wasn't was I expected for the amount I paid to stay there for 2 nights

The room smelled and looked horrible. Holes & patches in every wall you looked at. Leaves & pine needles in the coffee maker. Tried cleaning it and it still did not work. Breakfast options lacking (cereal, oatmeal, muffins, toast). Saw bug crawling on the wall and checked out. Told person at desk and was told "sorry".
