Jessica at the front desk was a true asset to your business. She was kind and courteous and made our visit extra enjoyable. Our room was oh so nice...fresh and clean and we appreciated the newness of everything. We definitely will make this our choice stay next trip to Hershey.

The room above us had dogs that barked non stop for 4 hours. We notified the front desk but nothing was done. Later that night it sounded like a herd of elephants were about to come through the ceiling. This went on for at least an hour.

Inadequately trained and unable to deal w/ computer program on registration. Fire alarms went off in AM with burnt bacon.

Soap was not replaced on a daily basis. Breakfast foods were not replenished quickly and the selection was unimpressive. Trash was not emptied by the cleaning staff, and by the time I left it was overflowing. There was frequently no one at the front desk. Walls were thin and I could hear the residents next door very clearly. Some staff members were unhelpful. The room and the hotel were pretty clean. Very close to attractions. Overall, this was a disappointing stay.
