Pros: Everything was great, except-
Cons: TV control is very slow.
There was no one by the desk when checking out at 11am. Waited for 10 min; not at all happy about this wait- and the attendant who returned to the desk offered no explanation to her matter-of-fact apology.
On the upside, another worker who was just pasing by, was very helpful when I explained I needed to retrieve my phone cord from my room I just checked out.
