Mit dem Aufenthalt im Feringapark bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Im Zimmer habe ich mich wohlgefühlt, das Frühstück ist mir gut bekommen. Die Räumlichkeiten für das Frühstück empfinde ich als sehr einladend und urig gemütlich. Die Maßnahme von Baum pflanzen statt Zimmerreinigung hat mir sehr imponiert.
Optimierbar sind in meinen Augen lediglich Kleinigkeiten:
1) eine Art greifbares Update darüber, ob wirklich ein Baum für die eingesparte Zimmerreinigung gepflanzt wurde
2) beim Frühstück wurde zweimal innerhalb von 20 Minuten von zwei verschiedenen Angestellten die Frage gestellt: „darf ich Sie stören und nach Ihrer Zimmernummer fragen?“
Ootimierbar: nicht um Entschuldigung bitten, sondern selbstverständlich nach der Zimmernummer fragen. Die persönlichen Befindlichkeiten wirken störend.
3) Gleiches beim Parkticket: einmal hat das 24h Parkticket nicht funktioniert, ich musste es umtauschen. Es wurde vielmals um Entschuldigung gebeten. Optimierbar: statt „bedürftig“ um Entschuldigung zu bitten, lieber direkt auf einen Benefit des Hotels einladen: zB „bitte genehmigen Sie sich einen kostenfreien Kaffee für die Unannehmlichkeit“ oder ähnlich. Das gibt ein besseres Gefühl.
4)die Beschilderung bzw Wegweiser sind nicht ganz deutlich von Tiefgarage bis Rezeption. Verwirrung zur Anreise ist nicht sehr angenehm.
Was mir sehr sehr gut gefallen hat, ist die Wärme und Herzlichkeit von Konrad und Anita und dem Azubi. Und vom Personal beim Café. Sehr herzlich, sehr zuvorkommend, sehr höflich.

The hotel was good but when I made the reservation I paid to have breakfast included and then at the moment of checkout I was asked to pay for breakfast AGAIN. Very disappointed since I had already paid for all of it through *******.

the air conditioner was not working enough to keep us feeling comfortable in our room, it is kind of warm. Overall we are happy with our stay in the hotel, breakfast was good.

Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut.
Für mich war die Nähe zur Allianz-Arena wichtig, und die ist von dort gut erreichbar.
