Im Hotel Limmerhof, besonders hervorzuheben, ist die ausserordentliche Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit bei der Ankunft, Rezeption. Da ich jahrelang geschäftlich in diesem wunderschönen Hotel übernachten durfte, kann ich nur positives über das Hotel, vom Empfang über die Hotelzimmer bis hin zum Service, bis zur Abreise, berichten. Hierfür bedanke mich mich bei der Fam. Kaffler, besonders bei Balbina Kaffler.

Unser dritter Besuch im Limmerhof hat uns sehr geärgert. Das Zimmer schmutzig, es wurde weder gestaubsaugt noch das WC geputzt. Die Vorhänge derart verkehrt aufgehängt (helle über dunkle), dass das Zuziehen abends ziemlich aufwändig wurde; zudem waren sie zerrissen. Keine Reaktion auf den Hinweis bei der Direktion. Das Personal im Restaurant: Keine Kommunikation möglich aufgrund gänzlich fehlender Sprachkenntnisse, keine Ahnung von Speisekarte oder Getränken. Einzig der Chefkoch war ein kleiner Lichtblick. Unsere freundlichen Mails an die Direktionsfamilie blieben unbeantwortet, offenbar wird jede Kritik ignoriert. Man ruht sich lieber auf den längst vertrockneten Lorbeeren früherer Zeiten aus. Sehr, sehr schade!

Leider kann ich einen Aufenthalt im Hotel Limmerhof nicht empfehlen. Früher bekannt als "Place to be" und Unterkunft für die Spieler des FC Bayern München, heute leider sehr lieblos geführt. Das Mobiliar ist altbacken und man hat den Eindruck, dass hier nichts mehr angefasst wird (zumindest nicht mit einem Staubwedel). Löcher im Zimmervorhang, kaputte Fliesen im Badezimmer, alter Duschvorhang. Lediglich die Matratzen scheinen irgendwann erneuert worden zu sein, diese waren immerhin komfortabel. Das Frühstück war eine absolute Katastrophe. Selbst zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt sah es regelmäßig so aus, als sei das Buffet eigentlich bereits beendet. Für die Anzahl an Gästen gab es zu wenig Speisen, unhygienisch aufbereitete Butter, alte Brötchen. Es gab von allem zu wenig, selbst die normalen Frühstücksteller waren aus und wir aßen unser Brötchen aus einem tiefen Teller. Das Personal wirkte überfordert und unterbesetzt. Lediglich die gute Lage kann man positiv hervorheben, zur S-Bahn-Station Taufkirchen sind es nur gute 10 Minuten Fußweg.

Unglaublich. Alt, renovierungsbedürftig und schlechtes, unmotiviertes Personal. Frühstück Totalausfall. Beim Check-Out niemand an der Rezeption der die Zahlung durchführen kann. Schade, tolle Location, aber total durch. Überall stehen unaufgeräumt Tische auf der Terrasse rum

Great welcome upon arrival. Although not written down, receptionist accepted accommodation price aligned to offer I had from *********** (112 eur breakfast included). That was our first mistake. Dinner option available after 8pm which was really appreciated. Prompt service. We asked for the dinner to be added to the room ...without checking the details of the bill. That was our 2nd error. In the morning, at breakfast, on top of the buffet, the receptionist who is also responsible for the breakfast room checked with all German speaking if they wished any eggs... This wasn't offered at our table. We noticed... but decided not to comment. At time of check out, the bill being ready, we realised that 1. the wine we ordered was billed 46 eur instead of 33. Since the bill was raised, the receptionist suggested to pay the difference back in cash, which was ok. 2. the applied room rate was the standard price 125eur breakfast included instead of the 112 which had been agreed upon arrival. The receptionist first offered to call up and check with the receptionist we had agreed the deal with but when I described the receptionist so she would know who to call, she suddenly threatened to call up the police raising up her voice making everyone around believe we tried not to pay! We paid of course. We travel a lot for business and for private, but never, we felt that bad when leaving the place. It had all been agreed but we should not have trusted. My advice, if you stop in this place, make sure all consumptions and agreed prices are confirmed in writing. *********** is definitely a better option for the reservation. And if you don't speak German or you have poor German, I'd rather recommend to opt for another hotel. There are many in the region.

Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr guten Gegend. Ruhig, alles sehr gut erreichbar. Es ist eine tolle Immobilie mit einem sehr schönen Außen-Bereich. Ich finde es einfach schade, wie man mit einem veralteten Führung das Hotel so verwahrlosen lassen kann. Armaturen im Bad veraltet, teilweise nicht funktionsfähig. Modernisierung in allen Ecken wäre angebracht. Der Personal frustriert, dadurch nicht freundlich. Man fühlte sich als Gast irgendwie als Last. Unser Gruppe wurde bei dem Mittagessen nicht gefragt, was trinken möchte. Nach dem Hauptspeise wurde auf Anfrage notgedrungen Wasser auf den Tisch gestellt. Wir waren 30 Personen für eine 3-gang Menü. Der Keller war ganz alleine, so könnte man sein Frust verstehen.
