Very clean, great service and well furnished. Nice ambience.

Personale mai disponibile. Alla reception non ascoltano le tue richieste, mai. Mi reco in questo hotel ogni mese per lavoro . Soggiorno qui solo perché ‘costretto’. Se si puo’ meglio evitare per la scortesia del personale. La struttura unica cosa a livello.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich mal sehr gut. Saubere Zimmer, schönes Ambiente, toller SPA-Bereich, tolles Frühstück und auch der Burger war akzeptabel. So weit, so gut. Allerdings erwartet man in einem Business-Hotel eine anständige Internetverbindung. Das, was das Hotel bietet, erinnert mich an die Anfänge des Internets! Arbeiten kann man nur sehr eingeschränkt. Selbst der Zugriff auf eine simple Webseite stockt! Das Hotel ist aus dieser Sicht nicht zu empfehlen. Das sagen auch andere Tagungsteilnehmer. Sorry liebes Infinity Hotel Management, aber da läuft etwas gewaltig schief, vor allem, weil man ja quasi im berühmten "Bavarian Silicon Valley" absteigt. BITTE SCHLEUNIGST BEHEBEN, dann gibt es auch die volle Sternenzahl. :-(
