If all the hotels near the main street were not booked, I would not have booked here. It is convenient to be near the East Station, but this hotel is near the West Station, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk out with luggage.
The room is decorated like a rural guesthouse. There was a strange smell as soon as I entered, and I wanted to change rooms, but they said there were no extra rooms. The safe in the room was broken. There was a light in the bathroom that flickered. The pillow was soft and I couldn't lean back to read or watch my phone. I had to endure the non-cancellable order...
The breakfast was filling, but the variety and quality of the food were average. However, the dishes were served in small bottles separately, which was quite hygienic, so I still have to praise this.

Yummy breakfast! We needed an adapter and the hotel was able to provide (with ~10 GBP deposit though), can keep luggage for you as well. Overall a good stay!

The most satisfactory hotel in Switzerland, it is very close to the supermarket and Interlaken West Station. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Basic needs are within walking distance.
