El hotel es sencillo, pero está todo limpio y bien curioso. Camas cómodas, wifi perfecto, parking en la puerta y desayuno muy completo. El complejo es un remanso de paz y los paseos junto al lago son un auténtico placer. Es necesario disponer de coche pero sin duda volvería al hotel, no tiene grandes lujos pero es más que correcto.

An excellent hotel in a wonderful location The staff are terrific and treat you like a friend as well as a guest...... could not fault it. Excellent breakfast included Dinner in the restaurant at night excellent not cheap but very fairly priced, service and staff par excellence Top place Lovely outdoor eating area and a grassy outdoor bar with light snacks with views of mountain and lake Ferry landing in hotel grounds with free pass into interlaken and return Loved every moment of 10 day stay Free parking at the door 13 out of 10

➕ The place is very pretty. Good breakfasts. Kind staff. ➖ We slept in the reception building. Very poorly soundproofed. We could hear the telephone vibrating in the room next door, when people got up at night to go to the toilet, the voices without them shouting [simple discussions] or when they took a shower. Very soft mattresses and poor pillows.

This hotel located right on the beach of Thun lake and got own pier for sightseeing boat. Bus 21 also come hourly. Parking was free and spacious. Food was delicious. Our room #3 is at the corner and got excellent view. Bed in room 3 was also comfortable. Plugs are different from other part of Switzerland but reception lend us chargers. All the staff are nice and the lady from reception called Suzanne was very helpful.

Finally nice weather and without major Corona restrictions, even without flooding, arrive at the Neuhaus restaurant after a 2-hour walk! Terrace practically empty - but there was no desire to serve passers-by (we're not exactly daily regulars) but we're there once a month)! This arrogant way of running gastronomy and complaining, as it were, is awesome. It has nothing to do with hospitality! Just a beautiful place with a lackluster concept

Wonderful location with a great view of Lake Thun. Unfortunately, despite the view of the lake, the prices are set too high and the selection of dishes is rather limited. And the chairs are too low to the tables and would need to be replaced. It's a shame, you could achieve a lot more with little. The service, however, was okay.

Great location, just a bus ride away from the centre of interlarken meaning it was away from the histle and bustle of the town, friendly helpful staff were excellent, great access to the lake for swimming and the balcony was excellent However, wifi was almost none existent in our room and the fridge seemed to not shut properly. Did the job but wouldn’t go back

Difficult to be more poorly received, 8:15 am sitting at a free table after 5 minutes a manager comes to place a "reservation in front of my nose without a word, I call out to a waitress and ask her if it is possible to drink a coffee, she asks the "boss" who said yes but in such an unpleasant way that I left without waiting for my coffee, by far not the first but certainly my last visit
