Wieder einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Wienerwaldhof gehabt. Freundliche Bedienung, saubere Zimmer sowie ein netter Wellness Bereich. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Grillabend in der Riegerhütte. Die ausgezeichnete Bewirtung, sowie die gute Qualität der Speisen haben zu einem unvergesslichen Abend beigetragen. Immer wieder schön im Wienerwaldhof und Umgebung.

A beautiful location.thsts all its good for . No kettle Shower gel outside shower by sink? This hotel is not suitable for old people or disabled no lifts Food basic Clean rooms My mother had a bad accident and the staff of hotel were useless no care support help just a bit of ice and a packet of plasters Blood all over the floor (marble flooring and stairs) As we got into ambulance they locked the hotel doors ? No one there on our return 3am Hotel in middle of nowhere. hospital 35 mins away We had to stay at hotel all day next day wasn't offered any hot drinks or anything. We are appalled by the situation at a family run hotel

Super hotel … top personeel en ongelovelijk gemotiveerd en gedreven. Alles word gedaan om het je naar wens te maken!!! Top!!!! Een heerlijk welness gedeelte en mooie ruime schone kamers en een prachtige rustige omgeving maken het vakantie gevoel kompleet. 👍👍😃

Stayed here whilst on a Leger holiday. Really looking forward to it for its location. - Well that was the only good thing. The room had no air condition or safe, there was also no lift. The meals - no choice set meals. First night soup (no bread) or salad, chips and schnitzel, followed by swiss roll. Second night - soup or salad, chicken with some sauce, frozen mixed vegetables, followed by 3 scoops of ice cream. Staff unfriendly. I have read reviews from 2019 and note they mentioned exactly the same meals a we had in June 2023 - Have the hotel not learned anything!

Hatte von Donnerstag bis Sonntag ein Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. das Zimmer war sauber nur der Balkon nicht. es lagen tote Fliegen am Fenstersims, und ein Stuhl war schon von Spinnweben umgeben. Auf mein Bitte hin man möge den Balkonbereich säubern wurde nicht reagiert. Auch das Bett wurde NIE gemacht obwohl man mir bei der Abreise versicherte, dass jemand in meinem Zimmer war. Was hat der oder diejenige dort gemacht? War im Haus Troppberg im 3.Stock mit Lift untergebracht. In jedem Stockwerk lagen bei den Fenstern tote Fliegen und immer an der gleichen Stelle, dass dort gereinigt wurde stimmt sicher nicht. Auch der Gang zum Buffett war unsauber. Das Frühstücks Buffett war sehr spärlich und meiner Meinung nach lieblos angerichtet. Erst am Abreisetag war es so wie es für ein 4 Stern Hotel gepasst hätte. Aber da waren ja Hochzeitsgäste einquartiert gewesen. Als Gegenleistung für das nicht gemachte Bett und dem Balkon wurden mir 5 € pro Tag als Rabatt von der Rechnung abgezogen!!

Voor mijn werk kom ik regelmatig in Hotels en dit Hotel springt er voor mij wél bovenuit! Wat is dit een heerlijke plek om te zijn! Mooie kamers,schoon,en prachtig uitzicht over het Wienerwald! Uitstekend ontbijt buffet en diners. Vriendelijke medewerkers en behulpzaam daar waar het nodig is! Een echt familiebedrijf waar jong en wat ouder zijn bijdrage levert..Goede faciliteiten zoals een zwembad en sauna . Wandelroutes zijn vanuit dit Hotel ook een aanrader. Voor mij de 5 sterren dik verdiend!

Frühstückspause auf unserer Radtour im Hotel Wienerwaldhof? Pech gehabt! Als wir das gut frequentierte Frühstücksbuffet sahen, war die Freude noch groß, dann erklärte uns aber die Kellnerin, wir dürften nicht Platz nehmen, das Buffet stehe nur den Teilnehmern einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft zur Verfügung. Sie sei allein im Service und könne uns nicht zusätzlich bedienen. Nun, das wäre ja auch nicht nötig, wir würden uns doch am Buffet selbst nehmen und dann einfach zahlen. Keine Chance. Beim Hinausgehen erklärte uns dann ein älterer Herr hinter der Schank (Seniorchef?), es sei unmöglich Personal zu bekommen, viele Betriebe hätten deshalb bereits geschlossen, die Zeiten seien ganz schlimm für die Gastronomie und wir hätten auch in der Umgebung keine Chance auf ein Frühstück. Nicht einmal unsere Bitte nach einem schnellen Kaffee aus der vor ihm stehenden Espressomaschine wurde erfüllt. Sehr eigenartig...

"wie haben eben 50 Gäste bekommen"; Überraschung eine Geburtstagsfeier; "Desserts für 4 dauern eine Stunde". Wir setzen uns hin, Getränke nach drei Minuten, Desserts nach 10 Minuten in Top Qualität, freundlich serviert. Danach war es einfach nur lustig zu beobachten; etwa 14 Gäste wurden weggeschickt: "es geht nicht mehr, wir haben nichts mehr zu essen"!? Kopfschütteln auf der Terrasse. Kleine Karte gegen null- wie das WC Papier. So einige sieht diese Haus nie wieder.
