We had a great stay. Our one complaint is that our air conditioning was extremely loud and ran continuously though the night despite turning up the temperature.

Associates were nothing but amazing. Great customer service very clean hotel nice clean rooms housekeeping every day free breakfast nice and hot. Just left everything about our stay.

The desk attendants were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. We didn’t want to go back out and find a restaurant so ate in the attached eating establishment and couldn’t have found better food or better service (at least 4 people checked on us)! The room was clean and wonderful, with a full kitchen, sitting area, very comfortable bed, and large bathroom and shower. We came to Columbus for a concert at Natalie’s and this hotel was an easy drive to and from. The breakfast was impressive and the staff was gracious and friendly. Excellence all around.

The property was convient to the hospital. Parking was tight. My bathroom could have been cleaner there was mold and mildew in shower and the sink was dirty. The room was huge and would be great for an extended stay with kitchen and couch.

From check-in to checkout, we received excellent service from the Residence Inn staff. Our room was well appointed - the king suite with a pull out double bed was perfect for our family. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and well stocked. We were extremely impressed with the breakfast service - the food was delicious, the buffet attendants were very kind, and the area was meticulously kept. We were attending an event at the Schottenstein Arena, and the proximity was perfect. If we have the occasion to return to the area, I wouldn't think twice about choosing this hotel again.
