一進去樓道就是臭烘烘的味道，裏面房間床單被罩都是漏洞的，臟兮兮，地面地毯更不用説，同樣的臟，衞生間超級馬桶歪的，裏面水都不乾淨。進去十分鐘，換地方不住了。雖然不能退錢。那也住不下去。

This hotel was dirty and had a bad smell to the place. The shower and toilet was not working properly. The hallway and room carpet was nasty and not cleaned. I was told that the pool was not to be used. The WiFi also had problems. One of the worst places I ever stayed. The pictures are nothing like this place looks. No cancel policy, if you book you have no way of getting your money back.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The front desk receptionist was super rude to everyone in the lobby and the people on the phone. Her lack of customer service questions management decisions. The first room she assigned had already been slept in. The second room she assigned was disgusting and had poop smeared on the toilet seat. When I reported it to management nothing happened. If you can stay somewhere else do that.

The swimming pool was not posted that it was closed. Also the " Breakfast" that was also posted consist of cold cereal. My room shower handle was cold when should be hot and vice versa. I was very disappointed in this stay. Will not return.!
