I did not get to check in at all. Arrived at the property ag 2:44 pm. I was told the room was not ready and it will be a 10 min wait and I would be texted when the room was ready. I waited for about one hour and the room was still not ready. I started getting anxiety as more and more people were trying to check in and were forced to wait. I asked for a refund and cancellation but the hotel asked ******* to initiate the refund request. I contacted ******* and your agent tried to speak to the hotel but they hung up on him. I ended up leaving and staying at another hotel. In the end, the email about the room being ready was sent to me at 5:56 pm, almost 3 hours later. If I had stayed there, I would have wasted the entire day in a lobby. I still want the money back for this hotel charge and I am waiting for a confirmation of a refund from *******.
