The staff at this motel were so friendly and helpful. They provided airport and car rental transport outside of regular hours for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean with a nice-sized refrigerator and kitchentte area. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. I recommend this motel, especially for arrivals or departures from the Christchurch Aiport.

This motel is quite close to Westfield shopping centre and there are a lot of dining options within walking distance. When I enquired about a room further from the road I was upgraded to a much nicer room at no additional cost. The room was clean , complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Television and comfortable beds which is just what you want went you’ve spent 3 days in the Paparoa ranges

There are no side tables at all where you can put little things. Dishes in the drawer were still dirty esp the mugs, really dirty with hardened coffee. There was only half a tissue roll in the toilet upon arrival and we were not supplied with more until the third night. The internet is really bad that you have to reconnect every two minutes almost. WORST MOTEL.
