Work trip - flights got cancelled due to lockdown, motel wont'refund due to cancellation. We have no choice but to not travel. Very unfair and is an example of such poor business relations. Will never use this premise again.

This is the second time Ive tried to book at this property and two days out from arrival they call and cancel the booking. I asked to speak to a manger but they said there is no one available and he is running another business. They also advised there was nothing to be done as the rooms were required for Government Emergency Housing. Extremely disappointment with this property and how they run their business
