Initially got a room one floor up, and it was quite unclear with all the different stairwells how I would most easily get there. A bit poorly signposted from the main entrance. The room had a rather low ceiling and small windows but was perfectly fine. The kitchen was a good size for the purpose. However, I contacted the staff due to a bad smell in the LGH, most likely from the ventilation as no source in the LGH was found. Also smelled bad from time to time in that corridor. The staff then offered me to change rooms to a larger room with a loft and WOW what a difference in rooms. Everything was better. Nice room that didn't smell anything, high ceiling, big windows, bigger fridge and freezer, warmer on the floor in both the room and the bathroom, slightly more spacious shower, better toilet paper, more seats, sofa and better hanger for outerwear. If you can afford it, I would recommend everyone to book such a room instead! Be so much nicer, better and nicer. The only thing that wasn't better was that the hobs in the larger room were fewer and smaller than in the smaller room. Both rooms had comfortable beds!
Overall satisfied with my stay and the staff's service! It was also perfect walking distance to the Academic Hospital.
