A truly wonderful and unique B&B. The hosts were lovely, friendly and Hugh cooked a brilliant breakfast. The accommodation was cosy and no worse for that, we loved the farm setting and the wonderful animals.

Had been impressed with Brampton farm after watching it win Four in a Bed so took the opportunity to stay whilst in the area. Lovely warm welcome from host Hugh who greeted me with freshly baked bread and home made jam before I settled in to my lovely comfy bedroom with country views. Tea coffee and fresh milk we’re on hand while I unpacked. Slept like a log and enjoyed a morning welcome from the sheep and cockerels before a great full English breakfast with tea coffee and that wonderful homemade bread again. Would highly recommend this B and B for a great no frills but excellent stay .

Saw this b+b on four in a bed and booked 2 night stay for a late birthday/ anniversary present. From speaking to Hugh the owner on the phone and on arrival was made to feel welcome. Our room was spacious and the breakfast were great with freshly made bread still warm. Hugh is a lovely bloke and will definitely make you laugh with his stories! Got to also mention Ronnie and Reggie the security sheep!! Will go back for sure in the summer

B&B farm experience. I loved it. Marion and Hugh were friendly and interested in our trip. All the farm animals mingling around was so lovely. My room had a marvellous view over the fields and was very clean and comfortable. Hugh bakes his own bread which was delicious every morning along with a hearty breakfast. Quiet peaceful rural setting. I wish I lived there. Only a short trip to Lincolnshire showground and about 30 mins to Lincoln cathedral.

Amazing but expected no less, second time here and I believe as perfect as a B&B can be, accommodation wonderful, breakfast perfection, friendly beyond belief and finally the chickens and Turkey wonderful.

If you don’t mind staying in the middle of nowhere and sleeping in a tiny bed then this place is for you. The beds really are a joke not even doubles. We would NEVER come back here. The old couple that run the place do their best but it really is average 2/10. Breakfast 4/10. We won’t be back.

A truly unique property.We loved it.The accommodation was lovely, tasteful and comfortable.The breakfast, with freshly baked bread was superb.The home made jams were a bonus.We shall return!

Thanks for a wonderful couple of nights stay. The room was perfect and the breakfast amazing. A lovely welcome from the owner and all his animals. The Cockerel does like an early start but we found this funny and all part of the county stay. Perfect location for the ping centre and also Lincoln.

At first, we thought the satnav was taking us to another location, but no, stick to the directions and you'll arrive safely.
A "Four in a Bed" winner, this is a small, working farm, so chickens, sheep etc roam free around the grounds (animal and human friendly ones!). The room was very pleasant, clean and welcoming. The walls are a little 'paper thin' though (you can hear the people in the next room). Quite a few harves**an spiders seem to have moved into the room, but they didn't bother us at all.
Breakfast was very 'hearty'. A full english was certainly that!
Lovely hosts too.
