The hotel service is first-class, the staff is in good English, I randomly assigned the room, but gave me a smoking room, although I used SMS to inform the hotel not to give me a smoking room, but when I came to the hotel, I still gave a smoking room. After I communicated with the staff, he immediately changed the non-smoking room than me. I was really grateful. It was a surprise to go to the room. It was a twin room. The room was comfortable and the place was wide. It was highly recommended. I had the opportunity to come here again and definitely stay again.

The location is out of the way. If you don't drive, you need to watch the bus schedule (and buses are infrequent). The hotel is dated, so don't expect a super clean feel to it, but I am convinced there is no actual issues with cleanliness, just things look old. SInce there are only two floors, there is no elevator. For those with heavy luggage, please be aware you will have to bring these up yourself. The onsen was a pleasant surprise. I normally like the outdoors one more, but the ones indoors have a jacuzzi-like effect added. Personally, I feel it makes the onsen experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast that is included is also a bit lacking, especially for onsen hotels.

Even in a single room, the room was large, and the cleaning was well done and I was able to stay comfortably. Please treat the cleaning person well. The hotel business is established because this 々 is here. The morning Viking was delicious and the front desk felt good. I want to use it again if I have a chance. I was a horse racing fan for my husband and wife, so I used it. My wife wanted to stay in the room of melody lane, but I was sorry because I couldn't make a reservation. So I was booking another room. However, the staff changed to the room of melody lane Chan with kindness! (Apparently when we confirmed, we had booked, but it was vacant due to some circumstances) It's really a great memory. Thank you. The night rice was also served at the restaurant at 9F, but it was very delicious and very satisfying. The night view was also beautiful. You can also borrow a rental cycle, so it is recommended for those who want to see the ranch nearby. (You must book a ranch at the Furusato information office in advance) However, I thought it was tough if it was not a fan because it was a little far from Sapporo by bus for 4 hours. (I think this is all unavoidable. . .)

I felt the space of the whole room. The bed is large enough for two people, and the chair with backrest will be comfortable to sit and work faster when working. This time, because the room rate is 20 ％ draw because it is subject to travel support measures, it is possible to use it again if the price range of the same degree after the end of the countermeasure is sufficient. I knew that the restaurant still only serves breakfast, but this breakfast is great. I'm glad that there are plenty of items, but the taste is good anyway. I'm looking forward to the normal opening of the restaurant. There is Obihiro Station and bus terminal right next to it, and you don't have to rely on a car in terms of transportation. Check-in was ２ pm to check-out at 11 o'clock the next day, and it was satisfactory to spend it relaxing without being restrained by time.

Hands down the best onsen because of its special ”moor hot spring” water which looks a bit more brown than usual but makes your skin SO SUPPLE compared to the numerous other onsens we tried in several other hotels. Truly amazing. I would soak myself in it every single day to keep my skin smooth if I COULD! Somewhat mad that I can't have moor hot spring back home. Room is so-so. Bit old. Oddly shaped. Bathroom looks bit creepy at first but is functional. Breakfast was great! Staff does not speak English. Front desk staff do speak English though. Beautiful garden outside the breakfast restaurant where we saw akangera (great spotted woodpeckers) and bulbuls during breakfast. I only had 1 night here and deeply wish I had MORE soley based on the onsen!!!!!!
