I booked a room directly with the website about a month ahead and after a long drive toward the hotel I get a call at about 8pm saying they overbooked. I was told that they would pay for another hotel, but I had to drive to their hotel to get a printed letter even though they had already set up a new reservation at a different hotel. At 10:00pm when my pregnant wife and 2 year old child finally get there, I was talking to the person at the counter because we had a 2-night stay and the letter only listed 1 night. They said that they would call the other hotel and talk about paying the 2nd night, or contact me if not and that they would pay for me to come back to their hotel for the 2nd night. The 2nd hotel had called them the next day because they never contacted either of us. They message was that the manager that handles that wasn't in that Sunday and that he would call on Monday. So we stayed the 2nd night at the 2nd hotel because we were never informed otherwise. Well, when the 2nd hotel called them AGAIN on Sunday, they said that they were not going to pay and that they would have paid if we came back to the 1st hotel. However the manager never contacted me to inform me of that. They are highly disorganized and do not have respectable business practice. I DO NOT recommend booking here!
