Abbiamo trascorso il ponte del 25 aprile in questa struttura....e devo dire che è stata una bella esperienza!!!! Roberto e Daniela sono simpaticissimi e ottimi padroni di casa.... Una bella struttura (e peccato che siamo stati sfortunati per il brutto tempo) immersa nel verde dove rilassarsi e staccare per qualche giorno la spina.....ma la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è che hai la sensazione di sentirsi a casa!!!!....A presto Roberto e Daniela!!!

Siamo stati qua con altra coppia di amici, ispirati da una smartbox. Bellissimo posto, appena fuori dal centro di Urbania. Area tranquilla e ben attrezzata, camere comode e confortevoli. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Piscina e lettino a disposizione. Ma la cosa più positiva e senza dubbio l'accoglienza e la cordialità che abbiamo trovato. Nel momento in cui entri o proprietari ti fanno sentire a casa tua. Disponibili per qualsiasi necessità o suggerimento. Vale il viaggio.

Gorgeous place, we had booked a condo and got an apartment. Roomy, clean but even though it had a kitchen, there was no way to make tea or coffee, we had to boil water in a pot. Everything else was lovely.

Een ab-so-lu-te topper - prachtig rustig gelegen naast het prachtige barco ducale - letterlijk in de tuin. Heel rustig, maar toch op wandelafstand van Urbania. Wij hadden de familiekamer met patio - heerlijk, sobere nette kamer, met een ingenieus ingebouwde keuken-in-de-kast, de patio net naast het zwembad is zo tof ! Prima ontbijt, in corona-tijden met persoonlijke bediening. En dan de uitbaters - zij maken het helemaal top; super attent, steeds klaar met tips voor de omgeving of bereid om op zoek te gaan bij ongebruikelijke vragen en altijd met de lach - het enthousiasme is werkelijk aanstekelijk - thx Roberto en Daniela, jullie zijn hiervoor gemaakt ! In covid-tijden wordt het ontbijtbuffet “bediend” - maar ook hier is de vrolijke aanwezigheid van beiden een genoegen. Er worden (waaardevolle) tips gegeven voor het eten - waarbij in Urbania echt wel topadresjes zitten. De streek is heel rustig, met vele interessante stadjes en prachtige natuur. Wij zijn absoluut fan !!

Posto stupendo ubicato in un parco con giardino immenso struttura ben tenuta e pulita .cordiali e simpatia veramente al di sopra del comune con un ‘ospitalità veramente da lodare dei titolari .colazione top e pet friendly ,i cani possono entrare a fare colaIoni nella stessa stanza cosa che difficilmente capita . Altro non ho da dire tutto perfetto .

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo, sulla via per Urbania in questo posto spettacolare. Pranzo completo, con antipasti primo e secondo. Prodotti molto buoni, servizio impeccabile. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Offrono anche la possibilità di comprare prodotti locali. Da tornare..magari per un soggiorno, la Location è molto bella!

Un soggiorno perfetto. Daniela e Roberto sono due persone preziose. Ci hanno aiutato in un momento di difficoltà al di là della semplice ospitalità. Sono simpatici e molto professionali. La loro struttura è il regno della tranquillità e della bellezza. Non volevamo più andare via e sicuramente torneremo! Consigliatissimo! Colazione strepitosa e prezzi moderati. Una bellissima piscina immersa nel verde.
