Buen menú especial y a burn precio, sitio limpio, personal comptometido en hacerlo bien, amables. Han reabierto hace poco y ponen empeño en ello aportandonos un servicio que demandamos en la zona y que nos da mucha vidilla. Les deseo lo mejor en esta nueva etapa.

Pasamos dos noches todo muy bien nos atendió Esther una chica muy agradable y profesional ,las instalaciones muy bonitas algún fallo pero nos dijeron que acaban de abrir y volveremos por que todo el personal lo mejor y el entorno nos gusto mucho

Hemos parado a cargar el Tesla. Entramos en la cacería a comer algo y SOLO ofrecen un pincho de tortilla, y de pimiento. Nada mas. De todos modos, no tienen visión de negocio??? Por dentro la cafetería es bonita, eso sí. Pero vamos, que en frente está la gasolinera Valcárce y un restaurante. No sé por qué Tesla ha puesto aquí sus puntos de carga.

We arrived late due to our car break g down so by the the pool was closed and no choice other than to eat in the main restaurant. We would have preferred a lighter meal on the terrace. Our meal was presented beautifully although the fillet steak was very rare & the Monk fish sish was very salty. The starter of octopus was excellent as was the house red and white wine choice. Our room was basic but very comfortable and nice pillows. Breakfast. The bread was like a rock & pastry very sweet, small plate of meat and cheese. The receptionist was very helpful and organised a hire car for us to get to the ferry as our car was still out of commission. I'd like to visit again even to see the hotel properly and use the facilities.

Con lo que ha sido y lo que es. Caro, sucio y hace un frio que están los pingüinos andando por la cafetería. No tienen ni cerveza . Luego ya está el atraco a la hora de cobrar por cuatro vinos peleones 14 euros. Atraco a mano armada. El tema ya de los baños ni hablamos ... Corta vida !!!

Cet hôtel est dirigé par des voleurs.nous nous sommes arrêtés pour une nuit dans cet hôtel et ce pour la troisième fois,et alors qu'en partant nous avons demandé l'inventaire du mini bar,et du linge,ce que nous faisons a chaque fois,il nous ont débité des consommations,huit jours après.Aujourd'hui ils ont bloqué notre numéro de téléphone,nous leur avons envoyé plusieurs mails restés sans réponses.c'est du vol!! De plus cet hôtel est très sale, receveur de douche moisi tout autour,et des toiles d'araignées a l'entrée de la salle pour le petit déjeuner. Nous sommes allés à cet hôtel il y a une trentaine d'années et bien cela a bien changé. Nous n'aurions pas fait de commentaires sur cet état de fait,mais cela c'est voler les touristes et c'est inadmissible, d'autant plus qu'ils ont vérifié le mini bar avant. Desafortunadamente una de las peores experiencias en lo que supuestamente es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Habitaciones frias, internet que no funciona, servicio que no se ofrece a ningun nivel, acceso de entrada peligroso por la lluvia y vestibulo mojado. Un verdadero error qued**** aqui por ningun motivo.

1. Teniamos un bono por una noche que antes de ir llame y aceptaron. La noche anterior aceptaron, al hacer el check out no. Son unos estafadores. Finalmente tras llamar a booking y casi llamar a la policía accedieron 2. El lugar esta abandonado, hay animales muertos (palomas, ratones) y en las esquinas se acumula basura. 3. Personal ineficiente, borde, timador y desagradable. 4. En una habitación con 2 adultos y 1 bebe nos dan 2 toallas y dicen que no hay mas. En la otra habitación con 2 adultos no les dan toallas de mano porque no hay más. 5. 15’ esperando al llegar en recepción porque no hay nadie. 6. Tomamos 4 cibsumiciones, plato enano de chips de verduras de aperitivo, le doy un mirdisquito y casi me rompo un diente. Resumen, timadores, bordes, abandonado, cenenterio de animales, toallas roidas y no suficientes.

singular no paga a sus trabajadores ,cuando lo hace con retraso de 15 o 20 días en el mejor de los casos, despidos improcedentes e irregulares , solo del hotel el montico hay ahora mismo alrededor de 10 personas a las que se les debe , mas de dos 3 meses de salario, que lo hacen sin pagarnos finiquito, , ni vacaciones , ni festivos , sin contar lo que pasa en este hotel que de verdad tengo para escribir un libro, a toda esa gente que pretende ir al hotel, sean solidario con las personas que singular´s y el señor max porcuna le están dañando , sin pensar en la gente que lo esta pasando mal , porque los han echado de su piso , no tienen para dar de comer a su familia .ellos tienen este modo de operar cuando te pagan un mes ya te deben otro y asi te tienen mes tras mes , para que al final sigan engañando a la gente..........no permitan que sigan jugando con el trabajo de muchas personas , encuentran gente disgustada en el hotel por la situación,sin contar con que las toallas estan rotas gastadas y de ahi tantas quejas a día de hoy 19 muchos de ellos siguen sin cobrar entre ellos yo y mi hij a la que deben casi 3 meses .SINVERGUENZAS PAGUEN A SUS TRABAJADORES.
