Need maintenance , promotion and administration. Very nice scenario of forest and copper canyon !!! Roads need maintenance, pool and gaming room, sauna, jacuzzi, and many rooms.

Excellent service, attention, delicious food, highly recommended for family trips, the only thing I can recommend to the hotel is to have a few more trash cans, I used bags to accumulate my trash, but it would be convenient to have a few more trash cans.
Everything was great, we really enjoyed all the services of the hotel.

Великолепное место на вершине каньона. Очень удобные и мягкие кровати. Заботливый персонал. Можно прогуляться по живописным тропам каньона. Бассейн и джакузи работали, но вода была холодноватой для нас. Очень рекомендую этот отель, он как сказочный замок! Завтраки были великолепны!❤️

We often bring our runner groups here prior to going into the Copper Canyon deeper. We love supporting this caring, family ran business. The service is excellent. The rooms are very clean. The food is delicious.

The place was easy to get to via car, once arrived the staff was very friendly and cordial. Our room had an absolute stunning vision, the breakfast was lovely and had good portions. The hot tub was amazing, the pool although had a bit of cold water but very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
