müsteriye tavrı çok çirkin.resepsiyonda duran kendini işletme müdürü olarak tanıtan ismail beyin özellikle , dalga geçer gibi dinlemesi hiç bir şekilde müşteriyi yumuşatmaya çalışmaması çok buyuk hayal kırıklığı! sabah kahvaltıyı kaçırdığımız için kahvaltı mekanı sorduk bize kendi restoranlarında yapabileceğimizi söylediler. gittiğimizde kahvaltılarının sadece açık büfe ve tabak usulü olduğunu söylediler. açık büfeyi kaçırdığımız için tabak kahvaltı aldık ancak gelen tabakta solmuş roka maydonoz, sabahtan kalma salatalıklar jilet inceliğinde 2 dilim peynir vardı ayrılırken bu kötü 2 tabaga 1040 tl ekstra ücret aldılar. tavırları ise gerçekten çok umursamazdı. işletmeyi kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. odalarda çok kotü bir rutubet kokusu var ayrıca.

Yılbaşı için 2 gece olarak tercih etmiştik ve çok memnun kaldık. Sakin huzurlu temiz ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı lezzetli. Deniz manzaralı odada kaldık, şehirden gelip sessizliğe uyanmak çok güzeldi. Yazın da tercih etmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Konum olarak sahil boyunda harika bir yerde. Gürültülü olmaması, temizliği ve konforu çok güzeldi. Çalışanlardan çok memnun kaldık. Çok ilgiliydiler. Severek tekrar gitmek istiyoruz. Tavsiye ederiz eşler, aileler gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilir.

Sadece 1 gece konakladım. Klima doğrudan yatağın üzerine geldiği için sorun yaşadık . Fanı ve derecesini değiştirsek de bütün gece uykusuz kaldık maalesef. Bunu resepsiyon görevlisine söylediğimde boş boş yüzüme baktı . Uykusuz bir gecenin ardından kahvaltıya indik . Kahvaltı salonu pervaneler ile soğutulmaya çalışılıyordu ve aşırı derecede sıcaktı. Ayrıca uykuz bir gecenin ardından sabah sabah çim biçme makinası gibi gürültü ses çıkaran pervaneler bizi çok rahatsız etti . Otelde alkollü içki servis edilmiyordu ce bunu parasını ödeyip otele giriş yaptıktan sonra öğrenmeyi hiç istemezdim . Bilseydim en baştan burayı tercih etmezdim . Bütün bu olumsuzlukların dışında oteldeki çarşaflar, havlular , havuz kenarlarında dağıtılan peştemaller pırıl pırıl tertemizdi . Yatak ve yastıklar rahattı . Havuz alanında şezlong ve diğer malzemlee konforlu ve tertemizdi . Ayrıca otelin lokasyonu da ***et güzeldi

The girl at the reception wasn’t helpful, it’s as though she didn’t know what was going on. Hotel is new so it’s very clean. It’s like no body is working at the hotel though. There were a lot of little children so you couldn’t use the pool or even sit at the rooftop, extremely loud. No assistance at breakfast, we had to go looking around for own cutlery.
