Chateau d'Urspelt

The room was very noisy, with a lot of foot traffic, and we could hear the doors of the neighboring rooms and those at the end of the hall slamming. The television was broken; we couldn't watch any channels. An employee came to look at it but couldn't do anything.

Great room, breakfast room far too small, unfortunately the scrambled eggs were cold and artificially seasoned on 2 days, service was friendly and helpful, the cave grotto was brilliantly designed, very interesting, but unfortunately far too expensive, we paid €120.00 for one day as a couple.

The hotel is ideal for short breaks from the stresses of everyday life... the spa area is diverse. The restaurant offers fine dining in an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant staff complete the experience with their attentiveness and warmth. We enjoyed our stay and returned home refreshed. Many thanks to the team.

A wonderful stay from Sunday to Monday at Château d'Urspelt. A magnificent setting and a warm welcome. A few details to note: there is no air conditioning in the room, and the spa, although very pleasant, is quite small and access is charged €60 per day per person. This in no way detracts from the charm of the place, where we will return with great pleasure!

Charming spa hotel; friendly service (even if there were long waits at checkout); good breakfast buffet (even if the room where the buffet was set up was quite small). I had a lucky room, "room assigned upon arrival," and it was very small and had sloping ceilings, so you had to be careful not to hit your head.

Simply great, beautiful setting, welcoming staff. I highly recommend.
