Reservamos 8 habitaciones, no nos dieron ninguna facilidad. La administradora Nelly nos trató pésimo, fue hostil en las llamadas. No cumplió con nada de lo que nos prometieron, super informales ademas, no mandaban correo ni nada por escrito.

San Agustin Urubamba, un hotel con mucha calidad humana, muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones son un gran equipo, No cabe duda que esta bien gerenciado, He vuelto a este hotel despues de casi 3 años y realmente hubo muchos cambios, la propiedad esta cada vez mas hermosa, jardines muy bien cuidados, las instalaciones bien limpias, personal muy calido, desayuno bastante variado, ahora si tenemos una piscina bien acomodada. gracias, lo recomiendo mucho!!!!

Excelente en eficiencia , mejor Ubicación, personal altamente calificado , Magaly y Sra. Nely son muy amables y serviciales, siempre están al pendiente de todo, las instalaciones son bellísimas con hermosos jardines y árboles frondosos, excelente comida y un desayuno buffet muy completo siempre con la buena atención de Marleni , mate de coca ilimitado, habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias, bien ventildas, con calefacción, con TV y wifi en todo el hotel, bar muy completo, sauna y piscina excelentes. Es la mejor relación costo/beneficio y lo considero el mejor hotel en Urubamba. No dejen de v er la página web y no dejen de aloj**** en este bello y eficiente hotel, no se arrepentirán y estoy seguro que volverán como yo lo haré con mi familia

Las habitaciones cómodos y super limpios,tanto la cama como.o toda la habitación,al ingreso te dan la bienvenida con mate de coca que es buenísimo para el mal de altura,tienen juegos de mesa para pasar en familia o amigos. El desayuno es Bufet surtido cada día diferentes platos y la excelente atención de la sta Marleny que está atenta con las sugerencias.

This is a cute hotel with beautiful grounds. It is very family friendly. My kids love the pool, yard games and breakfast buffet. Rooms are comfortable and location is close to town. You can walk or take a moto taxi. Thalia provided great service - thank you!!

We stayed here with our tour group, but it was one of my favorite hotels in Peru. The common areas were attractive and the layout of the hotels around little courtyards was really nice. The view of the mountains from our room were gorgeous. The rooms were comfortable. I do agree with a former review that addional lighting in the walkways would be helpful at night. The breakfast was great , Nelly Is a magnificent stewardess, and I loved the easy available of coca tea.

Just I want to share my experience with all of you, I used the San Agustin Hotel in Urubamba town which is located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas (cusco), me and my family dont have words to explain the accomodation in this hotel, Magaly is a very suite recepcionista and very helpful, the rooms were so confortable, very clean, breakfast not words say too, a lot of food, fresh juices and good service, the landscape was nice they have a nice patio to relax and take sun. I give 5 stars for this hotel because my family and I will never forget about this experience.

Je suis accompagnateur de groupes (TL) l’hôtel est très beau, très fleuri, les chambres sont très spacieuses, il y a toujours de l’eau chaude, le wifi marche bien partout, le personnel bienveillant, toujours dispos! Thalia, la fille de la réception toujours à l’écoute de demandes des groupes. Juste une observation, le rapport qualité/ prix des vins proposés me semblent un peu chers en comparaison aux autres établissements. Sinon le repas de groupes, était très bon!
