Reservamos 8 habitaciones, no nos dieron ninguna facilidad. La administradora Nelly nos trató pésimo, fue hostil en las llamadas. No cumplió con nada de lo que nos prometieron, super informales ademas, no mandaban correo ni nada por escrito.

Excellent efficiency, best location, highly qualified staff, Magaly and Mrs. Nely are very friendly and helpful, they are always on top of everything, the facilities are beautiful with beautiful gardens and leafy trees, excellent food and a very complete buffet breakfast always with Marleni's good service, unlimited coca tea, very comfortable, spacious, well-ventilated rooms, with heating, TV and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, very complete bar, excellent sauna and pool. It is the best cost/benefit ratio and I consider it the best hotel in Urubamba. The rooms are comfortable and super clean, both the bed and the entire room. Upon entering, they welcome you with coca tea which is great for altitude sickness. They have board games to play with family or friends. Breakfast is a buffet with different dishes every day and excellent service from the host Marleny who is attentive with suggestions.

This is a cute hotel with beautiful grounds. It is very family friendly. My kids love the pool, yard games and breakfast buffet. Rooms are comfortable and location is close to town. You can walk or take a moto taxi. Thalia provided great service - thank you!!

We stayed here with our tour group, but it was one of my favorite hotels in Peru. The common areas were attractive and the layout of the hotels around little courtyards was really nice. The view of the mountains from our room were gorgeous. The rooms were comfortable. I do agree with a former review that addional lighting in the walkways would be helpful at night. The breakfast was great , Nelly Is a magnificent stewardess, and I loved the easy available of coca tea.

Just I want to share my experience with all of you, I used the San Agustin Hotel in Urubamba town which is located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas (cusco), me and my family dont have words to explain the accomodation in this hotel, Magaly is a very suite recepcionista and very helpful, the rooms were so confortable, very clean, breakfast not words say too, a lot of food, fresh juices and good service, the landscape was nice they have a nice patio to relax and take sun. I give 5 stars for this hotel because my family and I will never forget about this experience.

I am a group guide (TL) the hotel is very beautiful, very flowery, the rooms are very spacious, there is always hot water, the wifi works well everywhere, the friendly staff, always available! Thalia, the girl at the reception, always attentive to requests from groups. Just an observation, the quality/price ratio of the wines offered seems a little expensive to me compared to other establishments. Otherwise the group meal was very good!
