O hotel é muito lindo e aconchegante. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é confortável e os lençóis macios. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muitas variedades de alimentos saborosos. O ambiente é agradável e os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos.

This was the nicest place we stayed at during our week in Peru. The grounds were very pretty. We fed the baby alpacas in the morning. They had other activities but they were at a time when we were out doing other things. The hotel is in an odd location, up a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. We had dinner in the restaurant our first night and drinks and dessert our second night. The dinner was the most expensive meal of our trip. The breakfast buffet was good.

Descrente que eu estava de ter um hotel tão bom no Peru, me hospedei na casa Andina do Valle Sagrado. Já tinha ficado na casa andina em Nazca também, que é mediana. Mas esse hotel, que coisa mais linda!! Amei tanto, que queria morar lá! Comida boa, quartos excelentes! Meu quarto ficava em frente ao espaço das alpacas, um quarto imenso!!! Banheiro também! Ótimas amenites a disposição. O hotel também tem lojinhas com boas promoções. Enfim, não há o que reclamar! Tudo é lindo demais!

The hotel was great and the grounds were beautiful with alpacas feeding on the lawn in the morning, but what set it apart was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Ruben, who was there to assist us with anything we needed. Thanks for everything!

整體環境舒適 所有的工作人員都友善積極，跟其他地區的散漫比較起來，讓人感受非常好 尤其是Rocky積極協助 主動詢問需求，笑臉迎人。 早上工作人員還會細心打理飼養的羊駝寶寶們，帶到草坪上跟客人互動，非常有意思。 早餐跟晚餐的品質也好，配合前往馬丘比丘的火車班次時間，早餐很早就提供，不用擔心餓肚子。 是一個前往奧蘭塔坦博火車站的舒適住宿點，距離火車站也就30分鐘不到的車程，對於要搭火車前往熱水鎮去馬丘比丘非常方便。

Property is in good location to visit Secred Valley. Property has a sense being upscale many years past. Rooms are large and quite comfortable. Bathroom shows sign of very aging and need some upgrades/maintenace. Front desk was not very warm, dining room staff was good, and other staff are good. It has poetential to be an upscale resort with some upgrades and proper maintenance.

Nice enough but felt very stuffy. Captive market so prices of drink and food are expensive. Disappointed by the lack of choice in the restaurant for evening meal but not easy to eat somewhere else. We did randomly find a pizza place 5 minutes walk away which was a surprise! Very friendly and good pizza. It was expensive to get elsewhere as they call a service for cars. Told us there are no taxis in Ollantaytambo to bring us back which was not true. Not really our sort of place.
