Elegimos el hotel para recibir el nuevo año 2024 con mi esposa e hija y quedamos felices. Se nota la mano experta del gerente Mauricio Rivera, quien hace poco se ha hecho cargo de este acogedor alojamiento; con su esposa Georgia y su hijo Fernando se esmeraron en hacernos sentir muy cómodos. Mauricio es un respetado profesional hotelero, con una apreciable experiencia en el Perú y el extranjero. Comienzo por las tarifas muy razonables; muy buena la relación calidad/precio. Las habitaciones son amplias, de estilo rústico, acorde con el entorno de un pueblito serrano. El desayuno, sencillo y agradable buffet, está incluido; el café es buenísimo. El personal muy atento, amable y servicial. Recuerdo a Lady, Froilán, Martín. Hay una pequeña pizzería, con horno a leña, donde las pizzas artesanales, estilo napolitano son deliciosas. Nuestra expectativa fue ampliamente superada y volveremos de todas maneras.

This is an unusual property with a charming courtyard and cobblestone trails to the rooms in separate bungalows. It has the feel of a miniature village. But it is overdue for an upgrade. The rooms are sp****ly furnished and uncomfortable. There is no Wi-Fi, and hot water was rare. Every morning guests were complaining about their cold showers.

The hotel has lovely gardens surrounding it. The room is very spacious, but it was cold at night. The shower enclosure was not good and water sprayed onto the bathroom floor. The staff was very nice and went out their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurants are within a 5/10 minute walking distance.

El hotel tiene una paisaje súper lindo, es tranquilo y no hay ruidos. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y funcionales, si queremos un descanso tranquilo. La atención es 100 puntos! Siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad o solicitud. Es un lugar recomendable para descansar en el valle.

La amabilidad del personal destaca ante todo. Se portaron increíble y nos atendieron con todo lo que les pedimos. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. Las vistas y el exterior son una pasada. Dan una sensación de tranquilidad y paz enorme. Lo recomiendo.

Pisonay is a perfect place to business people who are looking for a quiet and clean place and rooms. Breakfast is more than ok and its personnel are very friendly and lovely. Like a bonus track it is a hotel with amazing landscapes that let you rest and take a natural break. Highly recommended!!!
