We went down a side street in the middle of nowhere at night. We jostled down the street for a mile or so then came to some gates. A very beautiful lit up building was just around the corner. There is a large main building with villas behind it. Our villa was very large with a great view. Dinner and drinks in the main building were good. Service was good. There was an issue with hot water on the morning of our departure. They quickly moved us to a room in the main building where we could get ready.

The place is incredible. The hotel is perfectly integrated into a wonderful, quiet place. Everything exceptional. The location in the Sacred Valley is perfect for excursions in the area. Highly recommended! Good food and breakfast, wonderful spa. It's worth its price. Large rooms with somewhat improved furniture.

It is an extraordinary hotel, the location at the foot of the mountains with an incredible view. The houses have a salamander that lights up every night, they are very spacious with fabulous views. Check-in is personalized in the bar chairs. Very good breakfast, as well as the meals right there. They offer 3 excursions per day: very early bird watching, a walk in the morning and at sunset to look at the stars. Highly recommended to spend 2 days. It is 50 minutes from Ollantaytambo. Outside the hotel there is a very good vegan restaurant

This is first rate property and hotel. We only had the opportinity to stay one night (2 rooms) and wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the sourroundings and many amenities. Overall, this is a beautiful property with excellent rooms and service.

It’s a little bit tricky to find the place. It is about 10 kilometers from urambamba right at the food of the Andean mountain - you have to take a gravel road - the entrance is very nice like a luxury hotel - the little Casitas are quite spacious. You have a nice shower and a nice view into the valley. The beds are very comfortable and cozy and they will give you a heater. You will have a fireplace. It’s a nice place for relaxing and maybe doing some walks. At least it is not touristy.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The views were heavenly, our room was rustically romantic. We made friends with most of the staff, including the bar tenders, chef and servers, Ysmuel, Edgar, Boris, Juan, Hrashi, and Donny. We did a lantern night hike of the property and were delighted to hear all about the food grown right there. We also got a bonus star gazing - Peruvian based historical lesson...we were educated as well as entertained! The Best part of the hotel were its pillows and mattress!! But even one better, were the turn downs at the end of the day, we each had a peruvian handmade sack filled with a hot water bottle that warmed our bed and lasted til early a.m. It's the little things!! It was like a warm hug! We just can not say enough about this hotel and its staff. The food was amazing....Fresh, most grown right there! You cant get any better!! Thank You All!! David and Sheila

The hotel is wonderful, upon arriving immediately the staff were very attentive with our suitcases, the personalized check-in was carried out along with a voucher for a pisco sour or lemonade. The decoration of the hotel with unusual paintings and ceramic pieces is very beautiful. When we got to the room everything was very complete with hot water bags and they gave us a cork opener, a nice welcome gift. The staff all the time were very friendly and attentive. The next day the breakfast detail was something basic, they didn't have much variety on the table. It is a hotel worth staying for at least 2 days to enjoy nature and the beautiful landscape and the view that the Sacred Valley offers. I recommend it

Had a great few nights here when we arrived in the area. This was a great place as "base camp" for acclimatizing in the region. We spend 2-3 nights before heading to Machu Picchu. The room was really nice and the property is well maintained. It's a bit off the beaten path, so you should plan on eating breakfast and dinner onsite. It may be included anyway. We also did a few of the night walks with the staff. Overall, really great.

A wonderful hotel in the sacred valley, close to nature, with a magnificent main building and beautiful chalets. Very good dinner and breakfast. If you want to be pampered, you can enjoy the spa. Book at least two nights to really enjoy the hotel!
