在新疆一個多月，也住了十幾家酒店和青旅，不管環境設施如何，起碼床品是乾淨沒有蟲的。這麼多年也是第一次遇到在床上看見蟲子，一開始還以為是普通蟲子，事後才查了才知道是床蝨，看衞生紙上的狀態是吸滿血的床蝨。入住當晚發現的蟲子，第二天找前台處理，前台給換房以及免除前晚房費。住了兩晚離店後，發現身上起個好多紅點和疙瘩，找前台溝通退兩晚房費，一晚是正常免除的，另一晚是用於醫葯費，這個要求不過分吧，也在情理之中吧。酒店負責人也同意了。但是作為一個酒店，客人在你們客房被蟲子咬了，也把傷口圖片發給你們了，你們就回復一個嗯嗯好的知道了，最基本的問候都沒有。是覺得我就是為了要這七十塊錢嗎？還是覺得離店的客人隨便打發就好了。錢我不要了，我就要一個態度。

Very nice clean place. Close to bus terminal and the major train station.
Far to the international grand bazaar and the museum.
I would stay for its cleanness. Quiet place goid night sleep. Friendly people.

The hostel is nice but the way to access the lift is not clear and confused.It is near Urumqi railway station. Quite good in location if you need to use train.Approach north entrance/exit if you want to walk to the hostel.

We loved this hotel! Close to the train station and public transport to get to the city centre! The hotel is clean and the room was cosy and nice.
The staff was very professional and helpful, they made our first visit to the city very easy.
Lots of restaurants right under the hotel!

This hostel is very fun there is a shared living room inside it and the hostel is very close to the train station.
Also the rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable
