This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at near Urumqi Airport. The service is even warmer and more attentive than many 5-star hotels, I'm super, super satisfied! 👍 I even got hooked on their smart mattress, haha.

The service was absolutely excellent. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. We arrived in the middle of the night, and both the customer service and front desk staff were incredibly patient and provided clear directions. The environment is fantastic, and the facilities are complete and very new. It's also very close to Wanda Plaza.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a 15-minute drive away, with ample parking. It has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room was clean and tidy. Customer service, especially from Xiao Yu, was excellent; they proactively contacted me to arrange my room. Overall, it's pretty good. The only thing is the blackout curtains in the room aren't completely effective, probably around 90%. For someone like me who often needs to nap, that's a bit of a downside. While the soundproofing in the room is quite decent, the nearby train is still pretty noisy.
