It's truly sparkling clean, and it's such a comforting sight!

This is my second time back in Urumqi, and I chose this hotel again. However, this time my room was in a different location, and there was some renovation happening upstairs, but it didn't disturb my rest at night. The front desk service was good, overall it was fine, and I'm still quite satisfied. It's a worthy choice.

After our trip to Northern Xinjiang, we rested here. The beds were really comfortable; the 1.35m bed felt spacious. The breakfast was also good and varied daily. It's a bit far from the city center though.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly. Located on the 18th floor, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an amazing view. It's only a few minutes' walk from the high-speed rail station, very close but surprisingly quiet. The breakfast spread was extensive. Highly recommend!

My stay at麗怡酒店 (Liyi Hotel) was absolutely wonderful, and I particularly want to commend the front desk staff, especially the 'angelic' gentleman with the staff ID 'Tian Shi'! He was incredibly friendly throughout, and check-in was super quick. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about directions to the airport and luggage storage. His responsiveness to my needs was incredibly prompt. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. Thanks to his thoughtful service, I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'm already a regular, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, close to both the airport and high-speed train station. The lobby on the 18th floor is quite unique, offering expansive views and a great outlook. Parking is also convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is warm and friendly.

The hotel service was great, and we even got a free room upgrade. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Its location close to the high-speed rail station made transportation very convenient. This hotel is definitely worth recommending.
