I chose this hotel because it's quite close to the high-speed train station. The ocean service was really great, top-notch, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room. The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was very fast. The room was comfortable for sleeping and very soundproof, so there was basically no noise. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. They even offered simple late-night snacks like congee, steamed buns, and cold dishes, which was a nice touch. The housekeeping staff did a thorough and clean job. Plus, parking is free, which is very convenient.

I stayed at this hotel last year when I visited Xinjiang, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. This year, I brought my family to Xinjiang to see the snow and didn't hesitate to choose this hotel again. The service awareness of every staff member is truly outstanding. I've stayed at many Jinjiang and Huazhu chain hotels, but I've rarely encountered such warm and impressive service. It's clear that the hotel management and staff genuinely care for their guests. And of course, the hygiene is perfectly fine too.

The room was fantastic and the experience was great! The front desk staff, Xueshan, was incredibly attentive and helpful. I really loved it. The view was also amazing, and I found the transportation to be very convenient. Everything was good, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. I will definitely be back!

This is my second stay at Regalia, and this time I got an upgraded room. It's spacious, bright, and airy with no strange smells, and it was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service to the station, and they even helped us book a car to the station when we checked out. Overall, it was a very good and excellent experience.
