Pros: Great location, very convenient for transportation. It's only two subway stops to the Grand Bazaar, and there are many restaurants within a 15-minute walk (I like to get takeout and enjoy it in the hotel room while relaxing and watching TV). Cons: 1. Facilities: Although it opened in 2024, the building is old, and the elevator is dated. The front desk is on the 16th floor, while the rooms are on lower floors. The room decor is just average, which detracts from the overall comfort. 2. Service: I checked in at 12:10 PM for a two-night stay. The front desk suggested I upgrade for 49 RMB, claiming the bed in my booked room was only 1.3 meters wide (I had actually booked a 1.5-meter queen bed). After I raised an objection, they then said I'd have to wait an hour for the room to be cleaned. Since I had plans in the afternoon, I reluctantly agreed to the upgrade. At 6 PM, I left my takeout containers outside the room, assuming a staff member passing by would quickly pick them up. However, they were still there at 9 AM the next morning. Additionally, there's no smart voice service in the room. Overall, this Hanting is one of the worst experiences I've had among all Hanting, Orange Crystal, and Atour hotels of this caliber.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's only two subway stops to the Grand Bazaar, which is perfect for sightseeing and trying local food. The surrounding transportation network is well-developed, so reaching attractions or other areas is a breeze. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi!

This is a newly opened hotel with a great ambiance. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's located in a bustling area. The breakfast is abundant and really highlights local Xinjiang flavors. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip.

I had a very satisfying stay at Ji Hotel this time. The hotel's design is simple yet cozy, the bedding is comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive. Ji Hotel will definitely be my first choice for future trips.

The service was poor, the place was unclean, and someone had left their double eyelid tape in such an obvious spot. We checked in at 3 a.m., and they were already knocking on our door to ask us to check out before 1 p.m.! I saw the room rate was 438 at that hour (I forgot to take a screenshot), but we booked it for 498! The service alone wasn't worth the price. The guy who checked us in at that hour was very difficult to talk to.

I extended my stay but no one cleaned the room, which was frustrating. The next day, by sheer coincidence, I was stuck in traffic again. I checked my watch—it was almost time to leave. To avoid a repeat of the "lecture" I received at the front desk the day before, I specifically called Ctrip customer service, asking them to communicate with the front desk. However, even after Ctrip and the front desk communicated, they couldn't reach an agreement… What a coincidence! It was that same assistant manager, known for his eye-rolling and highly effective training, on duty again. Sure enough, history repeated itself. I happily accepted the "lecture," informing the front desk and assistant manager that I would leave immediately, but I would also leave a review online. After all, I was free to attend the lecture at the front desk, and I was free to leave a review too! Hearing that I wanted to leave a review, the assistant panicked and wanted to call back to apologize. So flexible now? It seems their customer complaint handling is quite timely; Ji Hotel's training is indeed professional!

Overall, I'm giving it a very poor review. One reason is the small size of the double room; the bed is only 1.5 meters wide, neither of which meets the standards expected of a double room. Another reason is the poor service. The room was very cold at night, and the air conditioning, set to heating, didn't work. When I called the front desk to report the problem, the staff member on duty impatiently switched it back to air conditioning and said that hotel air conditioning is different from home air conditioning, clearly speaking with sarcasm. A third reason is that two hours after I checked out, the same male front desk staff member called again, saying, "You cracked the toiletries box in the room. We have photos as evidence, and you want me to pay for the box." I said that the box wouldn't crack under normal use; it was because I adjusted the air conditioning last night, disturbing my rest, that he deliberately came up with this low-level trap, and now he wants me to pay for the box. (His phone number is ************). This front desk staff member not only has a terrible service attitude but also extremely poor character, giving the impression that all Ji Hotel staff maliciously extort customers in this way.
