JI Hotel (Urumqi Tianshan International Airport Sunshine Hengchang Branch)

The service was excellent. As soon as I walked in, the security guard helped me with my luggage. After checking in, I went to the supermarket across the street to buy something. When I came back and was about to take my luggage upstairs, a staff member even asked if I needed help, which shows how dedicated they are to service. Also, because I had an early flight and couldn't make breakfast, they thoughtfully provided a portable breakfast and a bottle of milk, which I drank before boarding. The room was large and very clean. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The facilities are good, they have a large humidifier, and there's a shuttle to the airport every hour. The hygiene could be improved; check the kettle and clean it before use.

The room was clean, warmly decorated, and the temperature was comfortable. It was well-equipped, and breakfast was exceptionally rich. The airport shuttle service was a thoughtful touch. On the morning I had an early flight, the restaurant opened early, which really made my day.

The hotel's decor, furnishings, and cleanliness were all excellent, and they even included breakfast. However, the front desk staff was very unprofessional. I chose this hotel specifically because it offered a late checkout at 4 PM for Ctrip bookings, which was perfect for my afternoon flight. But when I checked in, the front desk told me their system only showed 2 PM. I suggested she contact Ctrip, and she just repeated that their system showed 2 PM, then begrudgingly said, "Fine, we'll give you 4 PM checkout." It felt like they were doing me a favor for something I was entitled to. Later, I even had Ctrip confirm the 4 PM checkout with the front desk. Yet, the next day, a little after 1 PM, I received a call asking if I was checking out or extending my stay. I told them I had a 4 PM checkout, and the front desk again said their system showed 2 PM. There's clearly no handover of information, and they don't even seem aware of their own promotions or those of the group. If it weren't for the late checkout, I wouldn't have stayed here; even food delivery options are limited. Also, I booked my room far in advance, only to see the hotel drop its prices significantly closer to my stay, so I re-booked. Their pricing system is equally unprofessional. I advise everyone to compare prices when booking.

It's a big room, the best room type they have. I stayed very comfortably, All Seasons is truly reliable and trustworthy. It put a perfect end to my trip ~ super happy. Next time I'll book a standard room and upgrade.
