The room was very new and well-equipped, and it was also spacious with a loft structure, featuring TVs and bathrooms on both floors. They even provided complimentary welcome fruits, and the buffet breakfast was good.

I found the bed quite comfortable, and the overall hygiene was good. Breakfast was also decent. It's conveniently located for dining and shopping.

This hotel's rooms are modern and comfortable, making you feel right at home the moment you step in. The bed is soft and clean, and the bathroom facilities are comprehensive, with a spacious shower and strong water pressure. The toiletries are of high quality, leaving you feeling refreshed after use. The hotel's service is also a major highlight; the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel with a prime location and easy transportation access. It was super convenient to call a Didi (ride-sharing service), and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We were traveling with my parents, and there are many attractions close by to visit. The night views are also beautiful and stunning.

Located right by the busiest shopping district, yet surprisingly quiet. The hotel's ambiance is excellent, and breakfast is great too! Perfect for couples!

Our 12-day trip to Xinjiang ended perfectly at this hotel! As a new establishment, its decor is incredibly well-designed. Everything from the pots and pans in the restaurant to the disposable slippers, mugs, and laundry bags in the laundry room, all share a cohesive style, and the attention to detail is excellent. The rooms are equipped with Dyson hair dryers, and to my pleasant surprise, the toiletries provided are Malin+Goetz! The breakfast selection is also very rich, and I had the richest milk of my entire Xinjiang trip here! There's also a self-service capsule coffee machine at the front desk and reception area, which really shows how much thought the hotel puts into its offerings. The ladies at the front desk were also very gentle and polite. Although the hotel isn't located in the city center, it's a fantastic choice if you're just transiting through Urumqi or staying for your last night!

The room design is very stylish and the amenities are super smart. From the moment I checked in until I left, I didn't have to touch a single switch. The mattress was firm and comfortable. Even better, the breakfast was delicious, and they even had iced lattes! It's definitely worth the price. The hotel is also conveniently located near a large shopping mall, making it easy to find food, drinks, and do some shopping.

For seven days, the self-service washing machine had no detergent, making it impossible to clean clothes effectively. Around 10:30 PM on May 16th, I repeatedly reported this to the front desk. The staff not only failed to resolve the issue promptly but also gave me perfunctory answers and even blamed me. Their service attitude was terrible; I specifically want to complain about the male and female staff working at that time. Although they later sent someone to check the washing machine, it still wasn't fixed. The next day, it still lacked detergent, and I had to call again to ask for it myself. The laundry room is unmanaged; people smoke freely and leave cigarette butts everywhere, making the environment dirty and messy. The restroom was also smelly and filthy, and clearly not being cleaned. Room amenities were also cut back arbitrarily. Initially, floss came in individual packets, but later they switched to non-individually packaged ones, or removed them entirely. The only positive experiences were with the diligent housekeeping and restaurant staff. Otherwise, the service experience was subpar, and facility maintenance was inadequate, leading to a very poor stay.
