Stayed with my family (wife and three kids). The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Service and facilities were excellent. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and varied.
Minor drawbacks: reception staff spoke limited English, but translation apps solved it easily. The hotel is located quite far from the city center and main attractions, so plan transportation in advance.
Overall, it is a very good experience for families.

酒店服務不錯，給免費升級了套間，非常感謝！
位置離高鐵站比較近，但離城區較遠。
碳酸飲料免費。
唯一出現一個小插曲，浴缸的水管爆了，找工人修理等了1個多小時，洗澡花費了太多時間。出差時間寶貴。希望下次及時檢查設施。
還是要謝謝師傅，辛苦了！

Highly recommended, feels like a 4 star hotel, great breakfast, clean quiet comfortable room, friendly front desk, door man and room cleaners. Only downside is location while close to train station, 5 min taxi to a mall but is 20 minutes by taxi to city flowered the famous bazaar and famous food street are located

Great hotel and great deals from Trip.com. If the hotel was walking distance to the city centre, or even to good eateries and shops, this hotel would be exceptional!

I feel like I underpaid them, they literally spoiled me starting from early check-in, complimentary mini bar I thought I had to pay for the soft drinks but it turned out they were all free. In the evening the housekeeping came to the room and gave me free hot milk everything inside the room worked and very comfortable , receptionists were very helpful although they couldn’t speak English but they tried the best to help with the taxis. Free luggage service also complimentary laundry self service. I just could not think that what I paid was even covered half of what I received from them. The gym was fully equipped and very large.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me. It is the real value for money for sure

The hotel’s location is good. It’s close to the train station. There’s a place to eat within 5 minutes walk that’s open 24 hours. We booked a room with two beds and were upgraded to a king size bed with a sofa which can be pulled out to be a double bed. The room was spacious and clean. The yogurts that were offered with our room booking were tasty. I like them better than the North American ones. The staff at front desk was not that helpful. They couldn’t find us a universal adapter. When we checked out, we asked them to help us call a taxi as we don’t quite speak the language, they refused. They told us to go outside to wait for one. As we couldn’t communicate with the drivers, they refused to give us a ride. It was such a bad experience.

Hotel room clean and spacious. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Happy with my stay.
