Liston International Hotel (Urumqi High-speed Rail Station Jingkai Wanda Plaza Store)

The room was very comfortable with excellent natural light. It's close to the airport and Universal Global Harbor, and boasts a unique CBD location. You can even see the snowy mountains from the room! Lobby Manager Jiang Haoyu provided fantastic service, carefully explaining all the good places to visit nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel's location is quite easy to find. It seems to be in downtown Urumqi, and it only took me 10 minutes to get to the hotel from the high-speed rail station. The staff in the lobby were very polite and helped me with my luggage. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were all well-equipped, which was great. I was very satisfied. I went to the gym and ran for 10 minutes; the privacy protection was excellent, and I enjoyed my workout. Overall, the hotel's service is very good, and the hygiene is also acceptable. Both the hardware and software facilities are well-equipped. I will definitely stay here again!

Traveling with a child, the staff thoughtfully helped me with my luggage and even took it up to the elevator! I wanted to show my child Urumqi's night view, so I looked at a few room types. The hotel staff was very patient, showing me rooms with different orientations, and I finally chose one! The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving you a sensation of slowly sinking in, and I fell asleep very quickly. The room was quiet, with no noise disturbances, and the hotel's facilities were excellent. When traveling with children, expectations are naturally higher, and the hotel's cleanliness completely met my standards and requirements. It was spotless, with clean carpets and sofas. Plus, it's super convenient to get to Wanda Plaza for shopping – just cross the street! All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay!

The room was clean and spacious with a soft bed and excellent hygiene. It even had a humidifier, which was a nice touch since Xinjiang can be a bit dry; it made a big difference. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. I wanted a room closer to Wanda Plaza, and the front desk staff were very accommodating, quickly adjusting my room. Their response was swift, and their service was diligent and responsible. The soundproofing was quite good; even someone with poor sleep quality like me managed to get a good night's rest! The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, with a food delivery robot and automated curtains in the room, making it very convenient and smart. I have a Huawei phone, and I could cast to the TV. The room lighting was also very pleasant.

The front desk service was absolutely amazing! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They saw I had a lot of luggage and immediately offered to help me carry it, and check-in was super quick. Whenever I had a question, they explained everything clearly and even enthusiastically recommended some great local spots for food and entertainment. It felt incredibly thoughtful! I'm definitely staying here again next time!

I have to give a huge shout-out to our guest relations manager! The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They even kindly sent up milk and a fruit platter. Plus, the room was clean and bright, making for a comfortable stay. It felt really warm and welcoming. This stay was absolutely perfect!
