Dushanzi Hotel

I think this is the best value-for-money hotel near China Agricultural University. The service is top-notch, the breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms are clean and odor-free. The front desk staff, in particular, were incredibly attentive. This will be my first choice from now on.

I was on a business trip to Xinjiang. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was excellent. The receptionist, Manager Zhu Yanqin, was very welcoming and responsible. I arrived at 2 AM and left my room key in my room twice, both times in the middle of the night, and Manager Zhu helped me get a new one. Thank you! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xinjiang.

First of all, I am very grateful to the hotel for upgrading me to a business room type for free because they had available rooms. The communication was very smooth. I have always chosen Dushanzi Hotel in the past, and the service was pretty good. In a word, I am quite satisfied. Regarding this stay, I would like to make two suggestions: the first is about the hotel's free items. I hope that all rooms can provide disposable toilet pads, instead of only providing them for deluxe rooms. I called and promised to give two, but when they knocked on the door, only one was delivered and they said that we generally do not provide them. I think that as the customer service department of Dushanzi Hotel, they should not limit themselves to one or two toilet pads; the second is about the 48-person buffet breakfast. I went downstairs to eat at 9 o'clock, and the physical sensation was really bad. Eighty percent of the hot dishes and buns were all cold, and only the sausages were heated. I think that as a hotel, no matter how many people stay, at least the meals should provide statistical standards. The hot dishes and buns were all cold in the middle of winter. I don't know if they are reluctant to turn on the electric heating to keep warm or for some other reason. I hope the hotel manager can see the above two points and make quick rectifications. I also hope that the hotel will get better and better!

The stay was very satisfactory. It was very close to the museum, which satisfied our desire to visit the museum. Moreover, it was very close to food and museums! It was really good. I recommend this place for family trips!

I called and agreed to change the standard room to a large bed, but it turned out that it was a side household. I don’t want to say anything more about the hygiene details.
