The service is great and the location is premium. This is a second time we book for this hotel. We also booked it a third time for my parents as it is convenient.

The stay was fine, but we were supposed to have the driver from the free shuttle offered by the hotel wait for us at the airport and they did not.
The workers were helpful once we arrived though.

環境很差，就4樓有一半用鐵門隔出來的酒店，接機的車也很差，反正大家謹慎選擇，住過這以後，不會再訂任何iu酒店

英語はあんまり通じないので空港の案内係の方に電話をかけて貰い送迎していただけました！帰りも空港まで車で送ってもらえました。
ホテルスタッフはいろいろと気にかけてくれて優しいし、部屋は使いやすくて助かりました！ありがとうございました😊

酒店環境不錯，已經第二次入住了，樓下不遠的地方就麥當勞和當地特色餐廳。離機場距離也比較近，而且整點有接、送機服務，非常方便。
