Hotels Near Free Walking Tour Ushuaia in Ushuaia

I booked this hotel for 5 nights through an agency and I warned that I was going with my 80-year-old mother and we wanted a simple but comfortable room. We arrived in the hotel from El Calafat well tired, but as soon as we checked in, we noticed that the door was badly closed and we started the maintenance that was repairing it. As soon as we returned and remarked the room, we saw that the apple was the least of the problems. The room was a real horror show. The two covers had various hair and hair threads and the floor was clean (foto attached) . The smaller bed ranched high and there was noise from the old doors of the neighbouring rooms and the old tube that passed through the wooden roof (photo of the hot water marks). I called for reception at the time, because I had noticed that we were in the old hotel rooms corridor and there was a neighboring corridor with newer and more lighted doors. The person who attended me said the manager did not allow the exchange because that was the room I had hired, and I asked you to get me out of it because we needed to sleep and that I would pay for the new room that was so unacceptable was to stay in the room they gave us. After a lot of insistence, they gave me the new room for only 3 nights and I made every change alone afternoon exhausted. The next day I complained with the agency, including videos, and gave us the five nights without charge. The facts suggest that you confirm whether the reservation is in the dirty and noisy part of the hotel or in the careful part, because it seems to be two hotels.

Strategic location

The hotel is located on the streets of St. Martin Street, the location is very easy to find. The room comes with its own kitchenette. This is the hotel where I don’t need to ask the front desk for a hot water pot during the whole trip to Argentina. The room has its own central air-conditioning, and the temperature cannot be adjusted by itself. The hotel’s massage is great, but you must make an appointment in advance, it seems that there is only one technician. After I checked in, I went out to play first. When I made an appointment, I could only make an appointment. My husband unfortunately gave me the opportunity. Those who want a massage must make an appointment early! The entire hotel seems to only speak English at the front desk, and the rest of the staff are very polite, but there are some difficulties in communication, but it does not affect the quality of staying in this hotel. Really happy with my choice. bedrooms very basic but clean and everything works. but the house is lovely with lots of guest areas to sit and enjoy. sunny balcony. really confortable place and Anna and family are great hosts. she had lots of useful local suggestions. i was meeting friends who were staying in hotels and they paid double the price and had various complaints. i would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is minimal but adequate. a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and a bit longer to get back as it’s uphill.

Let me talk about the shortcomings first. The room is too small and the facilities in the room are incomplete. The whole room has only two power outlets, one under the table and one in the bathroom, which is inconvenient. There is no air conditioning, but there is electric heating, it is very close to the table, it is easy to be scalded, and the sound insulation is not good. Breakfast is average, but in Ushuaia in winter, there are fresh fruits, meat, and fullness, so you can’t ask for too much, and the pastries are quite delicious. The hotel is on a hillside, a certain distance away from the tourist area of Ushuaia. It takes 20 minutes to walk and take a taxi for 100 pesos, about 10 yuan, which is acceptable. Otherwise, the heavy snow will still feel like going home on the snow. Besides the advantages, the scenery is invincible, because on the hillside, the view is excellent, and the hotel lobby overlooks the entire harbour. On the other side is a small forest. The day I arrived there happened to be heavy snow, covered in silver, and very comfortable. Then the hotel seems to be under the umbrella of a tourism group. There are hotels and travel agencies in the city center, so the tickets for national parks and lighthouses with them are discounted very much. You can also pick up and drop off from the door to the park, which is very convenient.

I am on a business trip halfway a year. The service at this hotel is really 5 stars. Bar's sandwiches and soups are the most exquisite meals I have ever eaten in South America, and the potato chips are also the best; the hotel can be seen at a small size. The scenery of the town, the lobby, the restaurant, the layout of the rooms are exquisite, and the journey throughout Ushuaia is great!

This hotel was excellent for a three day stay in Ushuaia! The view of the city and the channel was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was good (but so is the food in town, so recommend going into town for dinner a time or two as well). The breakfast that was included was also very good. The staff I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel does offer a shuttle, but it quits running kind of early so I was glad to have a car....downtown Ushuaia is a bit far for most folks to walk, and the trip back to the hotel is all uphill. Parking is very convenient if you do have a car. There is also a nice set of hiking trails right next to the property that made for an enjoyable few hours. All told I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and would definitely consider staying here again.

The scenery is too beautiful. It can be a business trip and just stayed for one day. If you come here in winter, it is really great. It is very suitable for vacation and the prices are also very cheap. King crabs and steaks are very cheap. Argentine Sol The exchange rate is really invincible
