Wir hatten ein Zimmer im alten Bereich des Hotels. Es ist groß und komfortabel eingerichtet, was Badezimmer ein Tanzsaal. Der Check in schnell und unkompliziert Personal sehr freundlich. Die Sauna im Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein. Für ein wunderschöner Garten und ein kleines schönes Schwimmbad. Aaron Restaurant bis zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist riesig und großartig, insbesondere auch für Fischfreunde. Wer rechtzeitig kommt, kann am brennenden Kamin frühstücken. Das Abendessen (bei Halbpension drei Gänge) ist hervorragend und originell. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich. Unser Bad war riesig, sehr große Wanne und Dusche separat. Die sanitären Anlagen sind neu und hochwertig. Zimmerservice aufmerksam, das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Die Essbereiche und die nette Bar sind wie das ganze Haus in einem witzigen Stilmix aus alt und modern eingerichtet, der uns sehr gefallen hat. Der Wellnessbereich umfasst eine Sauna im Innenbereich, eine neue, sehr schöne Fasssauna im Außenbereich und ein kleines Schwimmbecken mit Gegenstromanlage. Ruheräume mit Liegen auf zwei Etagen runden einen schönen Relaxbereich ab. Wir jedenfalls haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wie waren am 4. Advent für eine Nacht im Hotel Menzhausen. Das gebuchte Zimmer 109, Solling-Style, wies einen penetranten Essensgeruch auf, der sich auch durch intensives Lüften kaum beseitigen ließ. Der Kommentar des Inhabers beim Auschecken am Sonntagmorgen ist einem Hotel dieser Kategorie völlig unangemessen und inakzeptabel. Auf die vorgebrachte Beschwerde bezüglich der Geruchsbelästigung gab es folgende Antworten:“Ich bin heute den ersten Tag wieder hier. Es ist eben Gänsezeit!“ Keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches!

Very nice and comfortable hotel with a beautiful garden and a fantastic athmosphere. Excellent food and nice service. Many places to sit and relax and just having a coffe or a drink. The room was nice with a big bathroom. No aircondition so it was quite hot.

I had an opportunity to stay for a one night in this lovely hotel. Staff was extremely nice and helpfull. Room was spacious, a little bit outdate but ok. Restaurant and breakfast was really something. Top quality! Recommended place to stay.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Uslar. Es besteht aus einem alten Haus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und einem Neubau welche mit einer überdachten Brücke verbunden sind. Im Neubau befindet sich der kleine Pool und die Saunaanlage.
