The bad point -
it took over 45 minutes to check-in. Considering I had pre-booked, I was forced to join a very slow moving queue of other pre-booked people. In this modern era, this was a masterclass in how not to check people in quickly and efficiently.
The good point -
On arrival in the breakfast room (I am disabled so walk badly even with my walking stick), a member of your staff quickly made himself known to me and very ably fetched food and drink for me which I would have found challenging. The breakfast was good too, especially the bacon and eggs. So well-done your staff member for excellent service.

Worst Check In Experience I’ve ever had, took 75 minutes from entering the hotel to obtaining the keys to the room.

Reception was not ready for 50 odd guests in a short space of time. Took up to an hour to check in. The hotel was great however once you got upstairs. A proper cold war hotel - great! Breakfast was superb, best I have had in Czech Republic after 20 visits. Staff lovely. Right in middle of town, 5 mins to station and river Elbe.

Hotellet er en oplevelse! Som en tur tilbage til det gamle Østeuropa, blot fornyet med vakkelvorne billige møbler.
Hotellet ligger i bymidten og de umiddelbare omgivelser er præget af fulde, højtråbende mennesker. Vores første oplevelse, da vi trådte ud af hotellet efter indtjekning, var et par det skændtes meget højlydt og og sloges voldsomt, masser af politi og virkelig dårlig stemning.
Vi ankom sent på eftermiddagen efter en lang køretur, så vi endte med at overnatte, men kørte tidligt næste morgen selvom vi havde betalt for to overnatninger.

The location is quite convenient (close to the train station) and has a beautiful view from my room.
There is no a/c.The cleaning service did not show up every day (same towels for the whole stay), but the staff was very friendly, and a very good breakfast!
