Il titolare è molto gentile, disponibile e premuroso. La struttura è accattivante, ma la sua dotazione e manutenzione sotto la media considerato il prezzo. Peccato, ci sono molte potenzialità da sfruttare.

Ustica , Residence Timeo . Posizione comoda per avere le comodità del paese ma in posizione più riservata.. appartamento Lipari molto confortevole ben attrezzato (anche lavatrice) ed ampio. Grande disponibilità e gentilezza del sig Franco e moglie.

Stanza con piccolo cucinino e bagno. Niente di speciale ma funzionale. Durante i 15 giorni che vi abbiamo soggiornato però non ci hanno mai cambiato nè lenzuola nè asciugamani. Per avere il cambio abbiamo dovuto sborsare 15 euro a persona: incredibile. Non c'era nè una scopa nè i prodotti per fare pulizia. La connessione wifi non funzionava.
