Szukając hotelu w Ustroniu lub Wiśle z zewnętrznym basenem na krótki letni mój urodzinowy pobyt padło w tym roku na hotel Kolejarz i był to bardzo dobry wybór:-) ( rok temu w tym terminie wybrałam hotel Stok w Wiśle i wg mnie był gorszy) . Basen zewnętrzny na którym nam zależało z super widokiem na góry, całkiem duży, czysty, z odpowiednią ilością leżaków. Była możliwość zamówienia jedzenia lub picia bezpośrednio na leżak. Jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji- zarówno śniadanie jak i obiadokolacja bardzo dobre ( może nie jakiś oszałamiający wybór dań ale wystarczający, poza tym smaczne i świeże ) , obsługa restauracji i baru bardzo miła. Również Panie na recepcji- miałam zarezerwowany pokój deluxe - ale z okazji urodzin otrzymałam upgrade na apartament na ostatnim piętrze z cudownym widokiem na góry- dziękuję:-) pokój mega wygodny , nowoczesny, czysty, jedynie może w łazience mogłoby być nieco jaśniej ale nie ma tragedii ( pokój deluxe również był podobny tylko mniejszy- znajomi z mojej rezerwacji ( mieliśmy dwa pokoje) w takim byli- też nie mieli do czego się przyczepić) . Cel był taki bym wypoczęła w ładnym przyjemnym miejscu i nie miała się czym denerwować i został osiągnięty w 100%. Bardzo dziękuję i polecam na letni wyjazd.

Bardzo zadbany hotel. Okoliczności przyrody i widoki - bomba. Uprzejmy personel. Karta menu w restauracji bez szału. Smaczne i rozbudowane śniadania. Świetnie tu można wypocząć i się zresetować. Daleko od wszystkiego - na plus :) szkoda, ze muzyki przy basenie nie da się wyłączyć i gra aż do 22.00 Pokoje bardzo podstawowe i nieduże, ale czyste i przyjemne. Polecamy pobyt!

Już na dzień dobry przy zamawianiu śniadania bo obecnie tylko room serwis zostało nam narzucone aby wybrać takie same śniadania to obsłudze będzie łatwiej. W pokoju tylko herbatka kawy niestety brak. No coz przez covid tez nie ma dostępu spa sauny basenu a cena bez zmian. Niestety pierwsze wrażenie bardzo słabe.
