The receptionist was also very polite and helpful. We used a Japanese-style room with a toilet. Regarding the cleanliness, personally, the sheets were very clean, but I was a little disappointed because I could feel that the futon had deteriorated. The public bath was clean and satisfying! The breakfast was also very delicious.
