JR宇都宮駅の西口から、歩いて5分ほど、近くには食事ができる店も多く、立地は良いです。入口は川沿いの道に面しています。価格はかなり安めですが、設備やサービスは価格相応です。宿泊費用を抑えたいのであれば選択肢に入ると思います。
