The location was great, right by the station. Check-in was fast and easy. They stored my luggage for the day and when I came back it was already taken to my room. COmfortable bed and blackout curtains. I had a corner room with two windows to different directions.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. I left my suitcases twice, so I could go out and see the sights of Utsunomiya.
I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’d recommend it just for the staff and how close it is to the station.
