Chisun Hotel Utsunomiya Reviews

Chisun Hotel is situated very close to an Airport bus stand (or they call it High speed bus). So for travellers with heavy/ lots of luggage who seeks easy transportation from the Airport to the Hotel, I most definitely recommend this Hotel. Not only is it walking distance from the train station, there’s plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. If you don’t mind simple, 7-11 is nearby as well. Service is great and amenities are given at the lobby. It’s free for the taking ! Use as much as you need.

Just opposite the JR 宇都宮駅Station. Convenient spot. The front desk staffs very friendly. Despite the hotel is a bit old, it is clean and tidy. Good value for money. Try to include breakfast in booking, lot of local foods. Will stay again.

The room is quite big and very close to the station. I forgot which exit I took, but it was the one with the dumpling shape. The station is on the 2nd floor, go down to the 1st floor, and look on the left across the road. It is very convenient to travel. The hotel can only check in at 3 pm. I arrived half an hour in advance and was told that it would cost 1,000 yen to enter the room. I could check in about 10 minutes in advance. I was convinced! I saw a good breakfast in the advertisement. If you check in, you can consider having breakfast. It may be the nearest one, I don't know about the future!

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite Utsunomiya Station. There are various restaurants in and around the station, as well as a large market. There are buses to scenic spots in the square in front of the station. The room is relatively clean and tidy, with complete facilities and supplies. The corridor and the room smelled of smoke, which made it difficult to breathe. I wanted to stay for another day, but gave up. The attitude of the female front desk was cold and strange.

Coming to Japan for the first time to meet my husband was very pleasant and booking a room with Trip.com was very convenient.
