Candeo Hotel Utsunomiya

Value for money, clean room and washroom with bath tub. The breakfast in hotel is nice and yummy, lots of choice at buffet, decent seating. Location is great for travellers not driving. The public bath at rooftop has splendid view and atmosphere but the water is not hot enough. Also the hotel does not has its own car park but there is plenty of hourly-pay car parks around.

Good location,Beside is shopping mall. The station have a footbridge connection, 3 min by walk.

There's a magnificent public sento on the roof. We booked it primarily for that and it was a great experience. Nice view of the city. Very close to the station, but we didn't notice any noise.

So nice the stay was. Excellent location near the main station. Room was comfortably spacious and the beddings were soft to skin. Love the sky spa too!

Great in every way, from the excellent location, just across from Utsunomiya Station, connected by an overpass, to the modern decor, the smiling front desk staff, the good security system, the spacious rooms, the comfortable seating areas, the beds larger than the Japanese standard, and the reasonably good breakfast. All staffs are very nice and attentive. I like the onsen on the top floor, spacious and nice, with two large pools both indoor and outdoor, see the view of the railway station, especially at night is beautiful. Last but not least, there are many cafe, restaurant, shopping zone and huge supermarket in the whole building. Recommended!

Right beside the station, which is good. Comfy bed. However the chair is very uncomfortable and the sound insulation between room and corridor is poor, for example you can hear people talk outside in the hallway and the cleaners loudly vacuuming at 9am. The refrigerator is not on by default. Instead you need to actually switch it on yourself (which wasn't clearly displayed).
